Any damaged goods must be reported to us immediately upon receiving them by telephone or e-mail.

If for any reason you were not happy with your order, let us know by e-mail and return the items within 7 days of receipt.  Once we have received the goods we will refund your money (not including the postage).

If however we have made a mistake (ie, sent wrong item) we will replace the stock once it has been returned to us and will pay for extra postage costs.

Once you have placed an order with us we will send you an e-mail within 24 hours to confirm your order with you.  Please check that all the order details are correct as once the order has been sent out to you, although we will happily replace the stock the extra postage would be the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot accept any unauthorised returns of goods under any circumstances. 

We can only make refunds of money on goods once the goods have been recieved by us.

If we had any queries about your order we will always contact you and confirm all details before sending it to you to make sure it was exactly what you wanted.
